On 16 June 2016, Infinitus (China) Company Ltd, a member of LKK Health Products Group, won the title of Aon Hewitt’s Best Employer – China 2016 that was presented at an award ceremony held in Shanghai. Infinitus bested 108 candidates to garner one of the final 12 awards. This is the fourth time that Infinitus has received this honour.
Aon Hewitt, with headquarters in the United States, is a leading global human resources consulting firm, with 16 years of solid experience in developing and running Best Employer Surveys and identifying the world’s best employers.
Since 2015, Aon Hewitt has partnered with LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional social network, to jointly launch the Best Employer – China award, with a selection process based on Aon Hewitt’s professional assessment tools and big data acquired through LinkedIn’s platform.
The survey researchers responsible for the selection of the award evaluated each company based on four ‘indicators’: Compelling Employer Brand, High Employee Engagement, Effective Leadership and High Performance Culture, with each indicator considered from two perspectives: “attraction to external candidates” and “perception by internal employees”.
Providing a valuable reference for companies on their own journey to becoming Best Employers, the research is consistently looked upon as the most comprehensive and authoritative programme on employer branding across Asia Pacific.

The research behind this year’s selection process revealed that the Best Employers constantly seek to enhance employee engagement, with 91% of the Best Employers taking employee feedback very seriously and considering it as the most important component when assessing the performance of management. At the same time, credibility received the highest score among Best Employers when compared with company reputation and internal employee brand.

The survey results showed that, Infinitus, in all four categories – employee engagement, employer brand, leadership and a corporate culture based on performance – scored significantly ahead of the market average. The survey organizers said that Infinitus fully succeeded in the implementation of its own core philosophy, encapsulated in its own motto “Si Li Ji Ren”.
The organizers further added that the company has set up a unique corporate culture model, encouraged employees to fully understand and engage in practices that reflected the corporate culture as well as implemented digital platforms and good welfare policies that serve to promote a well-rounded and healthy lifestyle.
At the same time, Infinitus rolled out a new employee incentives and performance appraisal system which acted to move employee engagement to a new and unprecedented higher level.
