LKK Health Products Group Limited (“LKKHPG”) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded “Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2018 China” by HR Asia, the most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals in Asia. This is the second consecutive year that LKKHPG received this recognition. The award is one of the most prestigious awards in the Asian region, which not only recognizes the leadership status of the corporates’ people management model, but also sets the example of pioneering practices among the industry.
For years, LKKHPG has devoted to cultivate a unique corporate culture aiming to create a “happy” working atmosphere as well as caring for employees’ health. The award is judged by an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists and government representatives based on the HR Asia Employee Input Survey (EIS™) Report and the HR Asia Workplace and Employee Engagement Survey （WEES™）. The Surveys are structured to examine HR practices on employees, employee engagement, job satisfaction and workplace environment in the mainland Chinese market. LKKHPG achieved higher than average scores across all dimensions. According to the comments from HR Asia’s judging panel, “LKKHPG has a set of unique corporate culture and health concept. Its above average scores in the three categories, namely employee engagement, workplace culture and development opportunities, explained reasons behind its excellent business results.”
