On 30 May 2016, LKK Health Products Group Limited (“LKKHPG”) acquired a land parcel (No. AB2910019) with the bid of RMB 2.01 billion in Baiyun New Town, Guangzhou by means of open tender through its member Guangdong Infinitus Property Development Company Ltd.
The land parcel has a site area of approximately 45,280 m² and a total gross floor area of approximately 160,000 m². Located in Baiyun New Town, the modern ecological commercial and cultural centre of Guangzhou, the land parcel faces Yuncheng East Road on the east, Yuncheng West Road on the west, Yuncheng South 1 Road on the south and Yuncheng South 2 Road on the north.
Adjacent to Baiyun Wanda Plaza and Baiyun International Conference Centre, the land parcel is also accessible by a well-developed road network, and it is close to the Feixiang Park station of Metro Line 2 and only 30-minute-drive away from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The surrounding commercial property development has already been mature, but still boasts huge potential for development.
Approximately RMB 4.5 billion will be invested to complete a commercial development project featuring flexible asset structures. The project includes office buildings, a R&D centre, a Chinese herbal medicine research and safety assessment centre, and shops. The project also takes the flexibility of owner-occupying and rent-for-investment into consideration.
