12/30/2021

The well-being of our employees is of utmost importance to us. By firmly upholding the core value of “Si Li Ji Ren” in people management, LKKHPG (“The Group”) is honoured to be named as “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” in Hong Kong, China for six consecutive years and Mainland China for five, by the human resources publication, HR Asia. Hong Kong is also awarded, for the first time, the WeCare™ certification to recognise its empathy and compassion for the employees in times of pandemic. Furthermore, Infinitus (China) also wins its first “Best Companies to Work for in Asia (China)” this year. The awards are a testament to the Group’s outstanding achievement in people management, corporate culture, and employer branding.

Employees’ health and safety have remained our priority ever since the pandemic. To cope with such challenges, the Group has deployed a series of measures to ensure a safe working environment for employees. Meanwhile, the Group also supports the global trend of “new normal” by offering flexible work arrangements including hybrid work mode where possible. The policies have further affirmed our commitment to ensuring employees’ “tri-balance” well-being whilst maintaining business efficiency.

“The Group fully demonstrates the spirit of breakthrough and innovation in times of adversity, allowing employees to work safely and efficiently, which exemplifies the Group’s resilience and competitiveness. The continued success would not be possible without our employees’ tremendous support and trust. Therefore, I would like to express my most heartfelt gratitude to all of you! Going onwards, the Group will continue to practice the concept of health and happiness and strive to build a happy work mode for us all,” said Mr. David Zhang, Senior Vice President of Group Human Resources.

“Best Companies to Work for in Asia” is judged by an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists and government representatives based on HR Asia’s Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) to evaluate HR practices under various aspects such as employee engagement, job satisfaction and workplace environment. The Group has attained above-average scores in all areas, demonstrating outstanding performances in promoting employee engagement and establishing excellent corporate culture.
