The First Si Li Ji Ren Education Dream Support Class Celebrates Its Graduation<\/strong><\/p>\n On 3 July, the 30 students of the Si Li Ji Ren Education Dream Support Program – Bijie Chef Training Class celebrated their graduation in Guiyang New East Cuisine College. This was the first graduating class of the Program.<\/p>\n After studying hard for two years, the 30 students from economically challenged families in Bijie have achieved outstanding performances. All of them have received the graduation certificate granted by the Guiyang New East Cuisine College, and have obtained employment successfully. Mr. Li Hainan, Director of the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, Mr. Xia Xiao, Section Chief of the United Front Work Department in Bijie, and Mr. Harry Yeung, Chairman of the Si Li Ji Ren Foundation and Senior Vice President of LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG), attended the ceremony.<\/p>\n The Si Li Ji Ren Education Dream Support Program is an innovative public welfare project launched by the Si Li Ji Ren Foundation ofLKKHPG. It leverages strengths of the government, the college and the corporation, by subsidizing students from poverty-stricken areas to study the courses and acquire the skills most needed by the society, which would help them get employed and lifted from poverty, and would bring hope to their families and even the area. As a result, led by the the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee and subsidized by the Si Li Ji Ren Foundation, Bijie Chef Training Class was set up in Guiyang New East Cuisine College in 2013, with the aim of helping the needy students get rid of poverty and become better off through acquiring cuisine skills.<\/p>\n Mr. Harry Yeung, Chairman of the Si Li Ji Ren Foundation and Senior Vice President of LKKHPG, illustrated that the Si Li Ji Ren Education Dream Support Program was an innovative public welfare project, not merely due to its ways of donation, but also because of its cultivation of the values of Si Li Ji Ren, which would nurture the students to become practitioners and disseminators of good will and generate greater contribution to the society.<\/p>\n He also extended his wishes to the 30 students at the graduation ceremony, hoping that they could have a bright future with what they had learned and undertake the responsibilities of not only leading their families to get rid of poverty, but also spreading positive energy to the society as practitioners and disseminators of “Si Li Ji Ren”.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the students expressed their gratitude to the Company and the determination to make greater contribution to the society.<\/p>\n Up to now, the Si Li Ji Ren Education Dream Support Program have opened in total 10 classes in Guizhou, Sichuan, Hebei, Hubei, Yunnan, Hunan, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Heilongjiang, sponsoring 520 students with donation of over RMB 8 million.
