Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for frontline staff and optimize processes
• Plan and execute large volume of recruitment to fulfil the annual and monthly manpower needs
• Conduct selection interviews, prepare reports and manage other recruitment-related activities
• Coordinate and implement various human resources programs and initiatives, including compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations, etc.
• Handle staff issues, inquiries and employee relations matters
• Formulate, implement & standardize HR manuals, polices & procedures
• Support other HR duties if necessary
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or any related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years HR experience preferably from sizable companies
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Good command of both English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
• Immediately available is an advantage
