Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead customer analytics for Tam Jai International with the aim to drive sales and customer engagement
- Establish analytics framework and measurement approach to address key business questions
- Use data and analytics to drive customer insights & recommendations
- Proactively engage and consult with business leads in the company as key contact for business & customer needs enquiries and translate business problems into solution and recommendation
- Lead automation, standardization of reporting to enhance work efficiency
- Build and maintain good working relationships across departments to ensure effective analytics delivery
- Deliver customer analytics, conduct business reviews, perform customer segmentation and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Assess the growth of the analytics team and plan for future expansion
Requirements:
- Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in CRM / loyalty analytics, business analytics, data science, business intelligence, preferably in Retail, FMCG or Loyalty industries
- Experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation, predictive modelling, NLP would be advantages
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, result-oriented with strong business acumen
- A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
- Proficient in programming languages like Power BI, SQL, Python, SAS, R, Tableau
- Knowledge in Azure, Databricks, Google Analytics, Salesforce would be advantages
