{"id":15463,"date":"2024-10-09T14:39:35","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T06:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/devwp.visibleone.io\/tjilivedev\/job\/project-officer\/"},"modified":"2024-10-22T14:55:45","modified_gmt":"2024-10-22T06:55:45","slug":"project-officer","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/devwp.visibleone.io\/tjilivedev\/cn\/job\/project-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of project works of store renovation<\/li>\n<li>Assist Project Manager with regular on-site inspections to ensure the project meets the required standards, assessment work completed and \u201cVariation Order\u201d, follow-up actions on defect list<\/li>\n<li>Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with external consultants to ensure all required licenses and documents are in place for store opening<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely on-site delivery &amp; installation<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support and prepare project-related documents<\/li>\n<li>Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High Diploma or above in Building Services \/ Mechanical Engineering or any related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 1 year&#8217;s experience in overseeing F&amp;B store development \/ renovation<\/li>\n<li>Good team player with excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, good teamwork, details minded, and able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English and Chinese<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in Autocad and Microsoft software is an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":4053,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_job_location":"\u9999\u6e2f","_application":"hr1recruit@tamjai-intl.com","_company_name":"\u4f01\u4e1a\u529e\u516c\u5ba4","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job_listing_region":[47],"job-categories":[59],"job-types":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.3 -
