Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of project works of store renovation
- Assist Project Manager with regular on-site inspections to ensure the project meets the required standards, assessment work completed and “Variation Order”, follow-up actions on defect list
- Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure all required licenses and documents are in place for store opening
- Co-ordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely on-site delivery & installation
- Provide administrative support and prepare project-related documents
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in overseeing F&B store development / renovation
- Good team player with excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, good teamwork, details minded, and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
- Hands-on experience in Autocad and Microsoft software is an asset
