TamJai began its legendary journey in 1996 as a small mom-and-pop store in Sham Shui Po, and later expanded with TamJai SamGor in 2008, reaching 100 outlets in two decades. In 2018, Toridoll Holdings Corporation acquired both brands, forming Tam Jai International Co. Limited (TJI). Under TJI’s management leadership, the brands experienced rapid growth and introduced the new “Mixian” (rice noodle) food culture in the city. We successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and are continuously expanding our global footprint by venturing into the Australian and Philippine markets through franchise arrangements. We also grow our multi-brand strategy by securing the exclusive franchise rights for Marugame Seimen, Japan’s largest udon chain, in Hong Kong.
With highly standardised operations, an innovative spirit and an efficient management model, TJI is committed to providing customers with a quality yet affordable dining experience while ambitiously expanding its footprints across the globe.
