Responsibilities:
- On-going management and execution of the content, menu, promotion of Mobile App and CRM Program
- Maintain and support the operation of CRM systems
- Support marketing activities related to customer acquisition, engagement, activation, retention etc.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to:
- Optimize and improve user experience
- Ensure smooth operation flow
- Enhance attachment to brand
- Implement and support end-to-end marketing campaigns via omni-channels
- Prepare reports and reviews related to CRM promotion and initiatives
- Conduct market research to facilitate CRM Program planning
- Monitor expenses according to budget assigned
- Provide administrative support to the team and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in CRM / Food & Beverage fields is preferred
- A good team player, independent, proactive, and attention to details
- Result-oriented with good analytical skills and business acumen
- Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Language, knowledge in Putonghua is preferable
- Candidate with less experience is also welcomed
