Responsibilities:
- Handle customer feedback escalated from stores and via different channels to maintain excellent customer loyalty
- Actively manage and update all customer service-related documents
- Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
- Support customer service tram such as data entry, filing etc.
- Administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service / Telecommunication / Tourism experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
