Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to oversee full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, employee relations, etc
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to align with overall business needs and deliver effective HR management
- Formulate and review HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Labour Laws and best practices
- Strategic human resources planning and oversee the recruitment functions for both office and front-line positions in the local market
- Identify training needs and formulate talent development programs as well as succession planning
- Manage monthly payroll and related benefits administration according to local statutory requirements
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance reviews
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and ensure carried out successfully
- Manage budgets and ensure accuracy of reporting
- Oversee the office administration functions, including office supplies and equipment procurement, tenancy agreement, etc
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management or any related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience of Human Resources and Administration, preferably in F&B or Retail industries
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws & Regulations and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, analytical and presentation skills
- A proactive, detail-minded and good problem-solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
