Responsibilities:
- Handle full range of compensation and benefits and other HR duties including monthly payroll preparation, (Staff record maintenance, staff movement, MPF, Final Payment, Attendance checking, Tax returns etc.) for the corporate office
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and act as the focal point to coordinate departmental projects and meetings
- Consolidate HR-related reports and presentation deck for management meetings
- Support to review, update and draft HR Policies and Procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Maintain employee records for staff movement
- Assist and complete others ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as team events coordination, HR Projects, CSR activities and so on
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in C&B, preferably in F&B, FMCG or Retail industry
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant Ordinances
- Good analytical skills and excellent presentation skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and human-oriented
- Eagerness in driving new initiatives and implementing policies
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
