Central Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the entire operation in our central kitchen which includes but not limited to raw meat handling, food production processes, QA Management, staff cases handling, etc.
- Enhance and maintain the standard ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP in the central kitchen
- Review the operating procedures of the central kitchen regularly
- Liaise with different parties in the central kitchen and other departments
- Ensure the health and safety at work and maintain a good working environment
- Maintain safety standards and product quality in compliance with company requirements
- Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science or any related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years’ solid experience in food manufacturing and F&B, at least 3 years of experience in production management
- Food handling experience in both raw meats and processed meats is preferable
- Knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000
- Strong leadership with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and a good team player
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing
